The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rask and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
If the App allows you to submit content (such as photos or text), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
