How do I reset my game progress?

You can reset your progress from the app settings menu. Go to Settings > Reset Progress. Note that this action cannot be undone.

Why isn't my GPS location working?

Make sure you've granted location permissions to the app. Go to your device settings > Apps > Rask > Permissions > Location and select "Allow while using the app" or "Always allow".

The app crashed or isn't working properly

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try restarting your device or reinstalling the app. If problems continue, please contact us with details about the issue.

How do I delete my data?

You can request data deletion by visiting our data deletion page. We will process your request within 30 days.

Is the app available in my country?

Rask is available worldwide on both iOS and Android. However, some game content may be location-specific and only available in certain regions.
